I've spent extensive time in gardens and national parks which has brought me endless exploration and joy. Starting in 2007, I collaborated with Asya Palatova of Gleena Ceramics on a set of porcelain plates that supported this love for nature. Based upon the flora I saw while visiting Joshua Tree National Park, I created the drawings that decorate the plates. They can be used or displayed as art.

"Pattie Lee Becker's artwork is at once exuberant, tender, playful and smart, much like Pattie Lee herself. For our wedding she produced a set of four large ceramic plates with botanical illustrations inspired by the desert flora of California's Joshua Tree National Park, where our wedding took place. Living with these treasures over the years has been a joy—they remind us of the best day of our lives and are the first thing we reach for when it's time to share good food with friends. A perfect combination!"
